Hear the Secrets, Stories, & Best Practices from Four Board Directors.

Board members of privately held companies are wondering how they should respond to the
Coronavirus crisis.  Our panel discussion will feature four board leaders to address the following questions:

  1. Assessing the Impact Now and In the Future – Learning from the Past.
  2. What role does the Board play in helping the CEO and the leadership team navigate the Coronavirus crisis?
  3.  What shareholder and investor concerns should the Board be addressing during this period?
  4.  How can Boards interact effectively at a time of restricted travel and limited in-person meetings?
  5.   Can We Create Opportunity from this Crisis?

As we all know, there are no right answers to these questions at this stage.  The panel will discuss these issues to surface some of the issues and possible solutions.  The session will then be turned over to the attendees for a question and answer period.
